Steve served as President
of the Utah State Bar from 1996-97. He is a member of
the American
Bar Associtaion. Steve was also President of the Weber
County Bar Association from 1981-82. He is on the Board
of Advisors and President's Council for the Gonzaga
University School of Law. Mr. Kaufman was Judge pro tem
of the Ogden Second Circuit Small Claims Court from 1981-96.
He had a six year appointment as the Utah State Bar Commision
from 1992-98, and was also a member of the Utah Judicial Council
(the only attorney) from 1998-99.
